Annual Written Appraisals. A written appraisal shall be completed annually. The appraisal form shall comply with the requirements set out in Article 14:04 (b). Only standardized appraisal forms shall be recognized by the parties. If no such appraisal is made, then it shall be deemed that the employee's performance, since the last appraisal, has been satisfactory.
