Common use of Annualized Base Compensation Clause in Contracts

Annualized Base Compensation. As compensation for services rendered under this Agreement, Executive shall be entitled to receive from the Company a minimum annualized base salary (before tax withholdings and other deductions) of $400,000.00 (“Base Salary”). Executive’s Base Salary shall be reviewed by the Board on an annual basis and, in the Board’s discretion, may be increased. Executive’s Base Salary shall be payable in arrears at regular intervals (but no less frequently than monthly) in accordance with the prevailing practice and policies of the Company as may exist from time to time.

Annualized Base Compensation. As compensation for services rendered under this Agreement, Executive shall be entitled to receive from the Company a minimum annualized base salary (before tax withholdings and other deductions) of $400,000.00 362,000 (“Base Salary”).
