Common use of Annuity Contracts Clause in Contracts

Annuity Contracts. If annuity payments commence irrevocably to a Beneficiary before the latest commencement date under (c)(2) above, the Beneficiary’s life expectancy shall be determined as of his birthday in the calendar year in which payments commence.

Annuity Contracts. If annuity payments commence irrevocably to a Beneficiary Participant before the latest commencement date under (c)(2) aboveSection 8.5, life expectancies of the Beneficiary’s life expectancy Participant and Beneficiary shall be determined as of his birthday their birthdays in the calendar year in which payments commence.
