Common use of Anonymised Data Clause in Contracts

Anonymised Data. You agree that Align may use Patient Data for promotional, educational and/ or research purposes, publication in professional journals or use in professional collateral materials, provided that such Patient Data has first been anonymised in a way that neither you nor any patient are identifiable. Where applicable law requires consent for such use of Patient Data, you agree that you will obtain such consent.
