Anonymized Data. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary under the Agreement, PartnerTap may create aggregated, redacted, or anonymized forms of Customer Data that do not identify Customer or any Authorized User (“Anonymized Data”). For the avoidance of doubt, Anonymized Data shall not be considered “Customer Data” as defined in the Agreement. PartnerTap may use Anonymized Data for its business purposes.
