Anti-Bribery; Anti-Corruption. Each party represents that it and its respective directors, managers, officers, employees, and anyone acting on its behalf comply with applicable anti- bribery and anti-corruption laws, including the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the UK Bribery Act 2010 and other such laws that may prohibit, by way of example, providing anything of value to government officials or others (including in some cases, private parties) in exchange for improper advantage.
