Common use of Anti-Bribery; Anti-Corruption Clause in Contracts

Anti-Bribery; Anti-Corruption. (i) None of Buyer nor any of its Affiliates (i) has offered, promised, given or agreed to give to any person or entity any bribe on behalf of Seller or its Affiliates or otherwise pertaining to the Acquired Companies or the Property; or (ii) has engaged in any activity or practice which would constitute an offense under any applicable anti-bribery and/or anti-corruption laws, including but not limited to the Unites States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977 with respect to the transaction contemplated by this Agreement;

(iA) None of Buyer nor Seller, the Acquired Companies or any of its their Affiliates (i) has offered, promised, given or agreed to give to any person or entity any bribe on behalf of Seller Buyer or its Affiliates or otherwise pertaining to the Acquired Companies or the Property; or (ii) has engaged in any activity or practice which would constitute an offense under any applicable anti-bribery and/or anti-corruption laws, including but not limited to the Unites States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977 with respect to the transaction contemplated by this Agreement;
