ANTI-COERCION. Each of the Parties hereto has entered into this Agreement without undue influence, fraud, coercion, duress, misrepresentation, or restraint having been imposed upon them by any other party, and further acknowledges that each party had the opportunity to be represented by counsel of their own selection.
