Common use of Anti-Corruption Laws; Sanctions Clause in Contracts

Anti-Corruption Laws; Sanctions. The Borrower will, and will cause its Subsidiaries to, maintain in effect and enforce policies and procedures intended to promote and achieve compliance by the Borrower, its Subsidiaries and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents (in their respective activities on behalf of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries) with applicable Anti-Corruption Laws and applicable Sanctions.

The Borrower willwill comply and conduct its, and will cause its Subsidiaries toto comply and conduct their, business in compliance in all material respects with the Anti-Corruption Laws and all applicable Sanctions and institute and maintain in effect and enforce policies and procedures intended designed to promote and achieve compliance by the Borrower, Borrower and its Subsidiaries and their respective directors, officers, employees employees, agents and agents (in their respective activities on behalf of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries) Affiliates with applicable such Anti-Corruption Laws and applicable Sanctions.
