(f) If the status of the Consultant or any of its agents or employees with regard to the charges previously mentioned should change at any time during the term of the Agreement, the Consultant shall notify in writing to the COR3/P3 Authority immediately. The failure to comply with this responsibility constitutes a violation of this Clause, and shall result in the remedies mentioned previously.
