Common use of Anti-Corruption Provisions Clause in Contracts

Anti-Corruption Provisions. (a) The Consultant certifies that it has received a copy of and agrees to comply with Act No. 2-2018, known as the Anti-Corruption Code for the New Puerto Rico ("Act No. 2-2018"), and with the Puerto Rico Government Ethics Law of 2011, Act No. 1-2012, as amended ("Act No. 1-2012").
