Common use of ANTI-KICKBACK CLAUSE Clause in Contracts

ANTI-KICKBACK CLAUSE. Salaries of architects, drafters, engineer’s, and technicians performing work under this Agreement shall be paid unconditionally and not less often than once a month without deduction or rebate on any account except only such payroll deductions as are mandatory by law.
