13.2 If the Supplier fails to comply with any of its obligations under clause 13.1, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies which the British Council may have, the British Council shall be entitled to: 1 Equivalent local checks include, but are not limited to, the ACRO Criminal Records Office, ‘International Child Protection Certificate’ online criminal records checks and Code of Good Conduct’ or any other services as detailed at the following link: xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xx/government/publications/criminal-records-checks-for-overseas- applicants (when/if link does not work contact the British Council Project manager)
