Common use of Anti-Trust Litigation Clause in Contracts

Anti-Trust Litigation. For good cause, and as consideration for executing this contract, the Subrecipient, acting herein by and through its authorized agent, hereby conveys, sells, assigns and transfers to the City of Wichita all rights, title and interest in and to all causes of action it may now or hereafter acquire under the anti-trust laws of the United States and the State of Kansas, relating to the particular product, products, or services purchased or acquired by the Subrecipient pursuant to this contract.

Anti-Trust Litigation. For good cause, and as consideration for executing this contract, the SubrecipientNon- profit subgrantee, acting herein by and through its authorized agent, hereby conveys, sells, assigns and transfers to the City of Wichita all rights, title and interest in and to all causes of action it may now or hereafter acquire under the anti-trust laws of the United States and the State of Kansas, relating to the particular product, products, or services purchased or acquired by the Subrecipient Non-profit subgrantee pursuant to this contract.

For good cause, and as consideration for executing this contract, the SubrecipientLandholder, acting herein by and through its authorized agent, hereby conveys, sells, assigns and transfers to the City of Wichita all rights, title and interest in and to all causes of action it may now or hereafter acquire under the anti-trust laws of the United States and the State of Kansas, relating to the particular product, products, or services purchased or acquired by the Subrecipient Landholder pursuant to this contract.

For good cause, and as consideration for executing this contract, the SubrecipientAgency, acting herein by and through its authorized agent, hereby conveys, sells, assigns and transfers to the City of Wichita all rightsright, title and interest in and to all causes of action it may now or hereafter acquire under the anti-trust laws of the United States and the State of Kansas, relating to the particular product, products, or services purchased or acquired by the Subrecipient Agency pursuant to this contract.

Anti-Trust Litigation. For good cause, and as consideration for executing execution of this contract, the SubrecipientProvider, acting herein by and through its authorized agent, hereby conveys, sells, assigns assigns, and transfers to the City of Wichita all rightsright, title title, and interest in and to all causes of action it may now or hereafter acquire under the anti-trust antitrust laws of the United States and the State of Kansas, relating to the particular product, products, or services purchased or acquired by the Subrecipient Provider pursuant to this contract.
