Common use of Antidilution Rights Clause in Contracts

Additional antidilution rights applicable to the Preferred Stock purchasable hereunder are as set forth in the Company's Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation, as amended through the Effective Date, a true and complete copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit IV (the "Charter").
