Common use of Antivirus software Clause in Contracts

Antivirus software. All workstations, laptops and other systems that process and/or 18 store PHI COUNTY discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or 19 transmits on behalf of COUNTY must have installed and actively use comprehensive anti–virus 20 software solution with automatic updates scheduled at least daily.

Antivirus software. All workstations, laptops and other systems that process and/or store 18 store PHI COUNTY discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits 19 transmits on behalf of COUNTY must have installed and actively use comprehensive anti–-virus 20 software solution 20 with automatic updates scheduled at least daily.

All workstations, laptops and other systems that process and/or 18 22 store PHI COUNTY discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or 19 23 transmits on behalf of COUNTY must have installed and actively use comprehensive anti–-virus 20 software 24 solution with automatic updates scheduled at least daily.
