Common use of Antivirus Clause in Contracts

Antivirus. Contractor shall have and maintain antivirus protection configured to automatically search for and download updates (daily, at a minimum) and perform continuous virus scans. Malware and threat detection must be updated continuously, and software patches provided by vendors must be downloaded and implemented in a timely manner. If Contractor is unable to implement these controls in a timely manner, Contractor shall notify City in writing.
