Common use of Any Notice of Election Clause in Contracts

Any Notice of Election. to Tender shall be irrevocable. If a Holder fails to deliver the Bonds referred to in such notice to the Registrar and Paying Agent, such Bonds shall nevertheless be deemed to have been purchased on the date established for the purchase thereof, no interest shall accrue on such Bonds from and after the date of purchase and such Holder shall have no rights hereunder thereafter as the owner of such Bonds except the right to receive the purchase price of such Bonds.
