Notice of Action. When a supervisor or manager believes it is necessary to impose a minor disciplinary action on an employee, the supervisor shall notify the employee in writing of his/her decision stating the reason for the action, the regulations or rules which have been violated, the specific action to be taken, and the effective date of the action.

The Borrower will promptly notify the Administrative Agent in writing of any threatened action, investigation or inquiry by any Governmental Authority of which any of its Responsible Officers has knowledge in connection with any Environmental Laws if such action, investigation or inquiry would reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.

Notice of Action. If the University determines to institute the discipline or dismissal after reviewing a timely response, if any, the University shall issue a written Notice of Action to the Postdoctoral Scholar.
