Common use of Any notice to a Party Clause in Contracts

Any notice to a Party. 16.4.1. sent by prepaid registered post (by airmail if appropriate) in a correctly addressed envelope to it at an address chosen as its domicilium citandi et executandi to which post is delivered shall be deemed to have been received on the 5th (fifth) Business Day after posting (unless the contrary is proved); or

Any notice to a Party. 16.4.1. 21.4.1 sent by prepaid registered post (by airmail if appropriate) in a correctly addressed envelope to it at an address chosen as its domicilium citandi et executandi to which post is delivered shall be deemed to have been received on the 5th (fifth14th(fourteenth) Business Day after posting (unless the contrary is proved); or

Any notice to a Party. 16.4.1. 17.6.1 sent by prepaid registered post (by airmail if appropriate) in a correctly addressed envelope to it at an address chosen as its domicilium citandi et executandi to which post is delivered shall be deemed to have been received on the 5th (fifth) Business Day 7th business day after posting (unless the contrary is proved); or;

Any notice to a Party. 16.4.1. 9.4.1 sent by prepaid registered post (by airmail if appropriate) in a correctly addressed envelope to it at an address chosen as its domicilium citandi et executandi to which post is delivered shall be deemed to have been received on the 5th 4th (fifthfourth) Business Day after posting (unless the contrary is proved); or;
