Common use of Any request by Contractor Clause in Contracts

Any request by Contractor. for an adjustment of the Contract Price or the Contract Time for a delay shall be submitted in accordance with the provisions in the Contract Documents governing changes in Work. When requesting time, requests must be submitted with full justification and documentation. Such justification must be based on the official Construction Schedule as updated at the time of occurrence of the delay or execution of Work related to any changes to the Scope of Work.
