Common use of Any use or exploitation Clause in Contracts

Any use or exploitation. of the Delivery not explicitly allowed in the Agreement or pursuant to mandatory statutory law (e.g., altering, amending, lending, leasing, renting, distribution in tangible or intangible form, outsourcing, software as a service etc.) is subject to the prior written consent of PTV which PTV may give in its sole discretion.
