AOG Transaction. If the Purchaser has received a Notice of Sale and has elected not to consummate a Sale Transaction pursuant to Section 2.2(d), the Purchaser shall notify the Holder of such election and shall permit the Holder to consummate an AOG Transaction in accordance with Section 2.7.
