API Modifications Clause Samples
API Modifications. Direct Transfer reserves the right to modify the Service and the API, and to release subsequent versions of the API. You may be required to obtain and use the most recent version of the API in order to obtain functionality of your Application with the Service. The API is provided for a mutually agreed fee schedule herein attached, but Direct Transfer reserves the right to change fees associated with the API (or additional features or functionality therefor) in the future.
API Modifications. DSI may modify, amend, change, or deprecate all or part of the API in its sole discretion at any time (an "API Modification"). DSI shall use reasonable efforts to provide notice to Subscriber of any such API Modifications as soon as reasonably practical. Subscriber acknowledges that an API Modification may have a material adverse effect on any applications utilizing or relying upon the API (including Subscriber Applications), including but not limited to causing such applications not to operate as designed. DSI shall have no liability of any kind to Subscriber or any user of such applications with respect to such API Modifications or any adverse effects resulting from such API Modifications.

API Modifications. VolunteerMatch reserves the right to modify or terminate the API and/or the VolunteerMatch Services at any time in its sole discretion.
API Modifications. DSI may modify, amend, change, or deprecate all or part of the API from time- to-time (an “API Modification”). DSI shall use reasonable efforts to provide thirty (30) day notice to Subscriber of any such API Modifications. Any changes to new API functions or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. If Subscriber does not agree to the modification, Subscriber may discontinue use of that API. Subscriber’s continued use of the API constitutes acceptance of the modifications.

a. modify the API and/or the services provided through and/or in connection with the API,
b. release subsequent versions of the API, which may function in a dramatically different fashion. You may be required to obtain and use the most recent version of the API in order to obtain or maintain functionality of your API Application with the API or the services provided through and/or in connection with the API. As a result of modifications, your API Applications may cease to function properly (or at all) with the zingFit System or the API, and zingFit shall have no liability to you or any users of your API Applications in connection with such modification(s).
