API Product Developments Clause Samples
API Product Developments. All Intellectual Property relating to the API or the development or manufacture of the API, that is conceived, reduced to practice, authored or otherwise invented, discovered, generated or developed in whole or in part by Chemport in the course of activities under this Agreement, whether patentable or not, and any authorship of works relating to the API that are created by Chemport, including but not limited to any trademarks, trade dress, trade secrets or copyrights, shall be “API Product Developments.”

All Intellectual Property relating to API or Product or the development or manufacture of API or Product, or that utilizes or is based on any Inspire Rights or Inspire Confidential Information, that is conceived, reduced to practice, authored, or otherwise invented, discovered, generated or developed in whole or in part in the course of activities under this Agreement, whether patentable or not, and any authorship of works relating to the API or Product, including but not limited to any trademarks, trade dress, trade secrets or copyrights, shall be “API/Product Developments.”
