API TERMS. 12.1 Abuse or excessively frequent requests to ActiveState via the API may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of Your account's access to the API. ActiveState in its sole discretion will determine abuse or excessive usage of the API. We will make a reasonable attempt to warn You via email prior to suspension.
12.2 You may not share API tokens to exceed ActiveState's rate limitations.
12.3 You may not use the API to download data or Content from ActiveState for spamming purposes, including for the purposes of selling ActiveState Users' personal information to recruiters, headhunters, and job boards.
12.4 All use of the ActiveState API is subject to this Agreement.
12.5 ActiveState may offer subscription-based access to API for those Users who require high-throughput access or access that would result in resale of ActiveState's Service.
API TERMS. Customer shall only access (or attempt to access) an API by the means described in the documentation of that API. SambaSafety sets and enforces limits on the use of its APIs in its sole discretion. Customer accepts and shall not attempt to circumvent any limitations documented with an API. Customer may request to use an API beyond the documented limitations, subject to the written authorization of SambaSafety. If Customer provides feedback or suggestions about SambaSafety’s APIs, SambaSafety may use such information without obligation to Customer. Customer agrees that SambaSafety may monitor use of the APIs to ensure quality, improve SambaSafety’s products and services, and verify Customer’s compliance with this Agreement and the documentation of the APIs. SambaSafety may suspend access to the APIs if SambaSafety reasonably believes that Customer is in violation of this Agreement, the documentation of an API, or Applicable Laws. Customer shall not acquire ownership rights to a SambaSafety API or the content accessed through an API. For purposes of this Agreement, the APIs and their documentation shall be Confidential Information.
API TERMS. These API Terms (“API Terms”) form a part of, and are incorporated into, the EarnUp General Terms of Service, and apply to you, if you access, use, or connect with any EarnUp API. EarnUp API(s) or API(s) means API, any and all software/code in and related to such API, documentation, developer materials, and/or any other software or technology, including but not limited to . Any capitalized terms that are used but not defined in these API Terms have the meaning set forth in the EarnUp General Terms of Service.
API TERMS. We provide an API that allows integration with other enterprise software such as Tally®, SAP®, Quickbooks® among others (“Third-Party Software”). You acknowledge that seamless use of the Service is possible only if the API has been properly configured and integrated with Third-Party Software. We will not be liable for any loss of data, errors or bugs that may arise in your use of the Service due to errors or defects in integration of the API. You agree that we will not be liable for the consequences of accessing or using any unexposed functionality of the API. We may in our sole discretion, cease providing the current version of the API in lieu of a new or upgraded version or a discontinuation of the said API. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide support to such deprecated version of the API. You acknowledge that we will have no liability to provide any new features in such deprecated versions of the API. We may discontinue all support to such deprecated version of the API if (i) the deprecated version of the API presents a significant security risk in our opinion; (ii) if we are compelled to so by legal or commercial reasons;
API TERMS. 6.1 Subscriber is granted a limited, non-sub-licensable right to access the API, the Services and Data for the purpose of enabling Subscriber and users it authorizes to access the Huddle Services via 3rd party software or website. Any use of the API, including use of the API through a third-party software or website that accesses the Services, is subject to the terms of this Agreement plus the following specific terms:
6.2 Subscriber agrees that Subscriber is solely responsible for (and that Huddle have no responsibility to Subscriber or to any third party for) any services and/or products Subscriber provide or use through any 3rd party software.
6.3 Subscriber expressly understand and agree that Huddle shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Huddle has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from Subscriber use of the API or third-party products that access data via the API.
6.4 Subscriber will not collect any Users’ personal information or data in a misleading, illegal, unauthorised or unfair way. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Subscriber will never collect, store or record passwords used by users’ to log-in to the Services. If users need a separate password to use Subscriber software Subscriber will generate a unique password and securely communicate it to the user. Subscriber agrees that any 3rd party software shall be provided by Subscriber in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (including without limitation those relating to the protection of privacy and the processing of personal data or traffic data).
6.5 Subscriber will not use the API to create software that sends unsolicited communications (whether commercial or otherwise) to any third party.
6.6 Huddle reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently the API (or any part thereof). Where Huddle permanently discontinues the API, Huddle will continue to provide appropriate levels of support to ensure continuance of the API which has just been replaced for a period not less than 6 months to be determined by Huddle, in our sole discretion.
