Limits on Usage. Software license pertaining to this agreement is a Standard License. Software is licensed only to work for ArcGIS instances in which Licensee can connect to and administer via the Software. The use of Software to connect to unauthorized ArcGIS Instances is a violation of this License Agreement. The number of ArcGIS instances authorized for use via the Software is limited to the Licensee as documented on the official quotes, purchase orders, and/or invoices. This license ( and the resulting connectors ) are not intended for resale use or any other for-profit endeavor and use as such is strictly forbidden.
Limits on Usage. We may impose limits on the dollar amount of an individual Xxxx Pay transaction and on the total dollar amount of all Xxxx Pay transactions to be processed on any given Business Day from your designated eligible Account, and we may change these limits from time to time without advance notice. Your Administrator may also impose limits on the total dollar amount of Xxxx Pay transactions that may be initiated on any given Business Day by an individual User. In addition, if the designated Account does not have sufficient available funds to cover a requested Xxxx Pay transaction on the scheduled or actual processing date, the transaction will not be processed.
Limits on Usage. Software is licensed based on the number of ArcGIS Online instances in which Licensee can connect to and administer via the Software. There are no exceptions or discounts for non-production instances of ArcGIS Online. The use of Software to connect to unauthorized ArcGIS Online Instances is a violation of this License Agreement. The number of ArcGIS Online instances authorized for use via the Software will be documented in the executed Software purchase order and associated quote.
Limits on Usage. The manner in which Customer and its Servicers access and populate the Chase Database or direct that the Chase Database be populated shall comply with the FCRA. Customer and its Servicers shall use the Chase Database in a manner that complies with the FCRA and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act and Regulation B thereto. Customer shall prohibit each of its Servicers from accessing any data in the Chase Data which under the FCRA may not be shared with Customer's Affiliate. Customer may make a back-up copy of the Access Software provided to Customer by DynaMark for use at the Customer's Computer Site and other than written materials for the DynaLink Software, agrees not to make copies of any of the written material for the Access Software provided by DynaMark. Customer and its Servicers shall not modify, disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer any of the Access Software; and may not attempt to disclose, transfer, sell, sublease, assign or rent any of the Access Software or any part or modification thereof or work derived therefrom. Customer, its Servicers and Affiliates shall not use any of the Access Software to access any data at DynaMark which is not in the Chase Database. Customer and its Servicers shall not use any of the Access Software in a time-sharing or service bureau environment, which shall not include use by a Servicer on the Servicer's computer network CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUESTED system to support Customer, or for the processing, tracking or analysis of data associated with the accounts or prospects of others without DynaMark's permission.
Limits on Usage. You may not:
(a) transfer, sell, sublicense, monetize or provide the functionality of any Cisco Offer to any third party, except as authorized by Xxxxx;
(b) use the Software on second hand or refurbished Cisco devices or use Software licensed for a specific device on a different device unless authorized by Cisco or permitted under the Transfer Policies;
(c) remove, change, or conceal any product identification, copyright, proprietary, intellectual property notices or other marks from any Cisco Offer;
(d) reverse engineer, decompile, decrypt, disassemble, modify, or make derivative works of Cisco Offers; or
(e) use Cisco Content other than as reasonably needed to exercise Your Use Rights.
Limits on Usage. Aceyus may from time to time set and update limits on Licensee’s usage of the API’s, including without limitation limits on API calls and requests and access to data (the “API Limits”). The API Limits will be described on the Aceyus website and/or in the Documentation, and may be updated from time to time. Licensee agrees to comply with all API Limits, and further agrees that it will not use the API’s in a manner that constitutes excessive or abusive usage, or otherwise is in breach with the terms of this Agreement. Without limiting the foregoing, Licensee agrees not to use the API’s in a manner that competes with the Software and services provided by Aceyus, or that provides API functionality to third parties. Licensee will not circumvent or attempt to circumvent any API Limits.
Limits on Usage. The Committee may grant sick leave in any amount up to 30 day increments. The Committee may make subsequent grants in increments not to exceed 30 days provided that the total grant for any applicant may not exceed a total of 90 sick days.
Limits on Usage. We may impose limits on the dollar amount of an individual Bill Pay transaction and on the total dollar amount of all Bill Pay transactions to be processed on any given Business Day from your designated eligible Account, and we may change these limits from time to time without advance notice. Your Administrator may also impose limits on the total dollar amount of Bill Pay transactions that may be initiated on any given Business Day by an individual User. In addition, if the designated Account does not have sufficient available funds to cover a requested Bill Pay transaction on the scheduled or actual processing date, the transaction will not be processed.
Limits on Usage. Aceyus may, from time to time, set and update limits on Customer’s usage of the APIs, including without limitation limits on API calls and requests and access to data (the “API Limits”). The API Limits will be described on the Aceyus website and/or in the Documentation and may be updated from time to time. Customer agrees to comply with all API Limits and further agrees that it will not use the APIs in a manner that constitutes excessive or abusive usage, or otherwise is in breach with the terms of this Agreement. Without limiting the foregoing, Customer agrees not to use the APIs in a manner that competes with the Services or the Software, or that provides API functionality to third parties. Customer will not circumvent or attempt to circumvent any API Limits.
Limits on Usage. Customer will not use the Matterport APIs and/or the Matterport SDKs in a manner that constitutes Abusive Usage. To the extent that Matterport, in its sole discretion, determines that Customer’s usage of the Matterport APIs and/or Matterport SDKs, including Delegated Access, constitutes Abusive Usage, Matterport reserves the right to: (a) charge Customer Additional Functionality Subscription Fees (either directly or through an Authorized Reseller, if applicable) in respect of such Abusive Usage; and/or (b) impose limits on Customer’s Matterport API usage, which Matterport may change at any time with or without notice to Customer, by providing Customer with no less than thirty (30) days’ notice.
