APOCIII. Each Exclusive Target will remain an Exclusive Target under this Agreement during the period Novartis has the right to exercise its Option applicable to such Exclusive Target and, after Novartis exercises the applicable Option, so long as Novartis, its Affiliates or Sublicensees are Developing and/or Commercializing the Product applicable to such Exclusive Target under this Agreement.
