Appeal from Determinations of the Claims Administrator and the Gate Committee. 2.6.1. Subject to Section 2.5 and this Section 2.6, determinations of the Claims Administrator pursuant to Section 2.3 shall be final, binding and Non-Appealable. Subject to Section 2.5.5 and this Section 2.6, determinations of the Gate Committee pursuant to Section 2.5 shall be final, binding and Non-Appealable.
