Common use of Appeal from Discharge Clause in Contracts

Appeal from Discharge. Any regular employee who considers himself improperly discharged may bypass the first two steps of the Grievance Procedure and submit a grievance in writing directly to the Labor Relations Manager at the third step. Such grievance must be submitted within three (3) days after discharge and will otherwise be handled in accordance with the grievance procedure as heretofore defined.
