Appeal to Deputy Chief. 1. Within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of the Step 2 written response, the Grievant or Association may progress the initial grievance to the Deputy Chief. 2. The Deputy Chief will respond in writing within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt of the grievance.
