Appeal to System Board of Adjustment. If the decision of the Director of Inflight Services or designee is not satisfactory to the Union, the grievance may be appealed by the Union to the System Board of Adjustment. The submission to the System Board of Adjustment must be mailed within thirty (30) days after the Director of Inflight Services or designee issues her/his decision.
