Appeal to the Authority. If within sixty (60) days of notification a dispute is not resolved to the mutual satisfaction of the Parties, subject to an election being made pursuant to Article 8(b), any Party may appeal in writing after such sixty (60) day period but before eighty (80) days from such initial notification of a dispute, to the Authority to mediate and resolve the dispute. The Parties shall abide by and act in accordance with the Authority’s written decision resolving such dispute pending a final legal appeal of such resolution.
