Appealing against Sample Clauses

Appealing against a Chairman's decision Any member of the ISG LTN who is against the Chairman's ruling on a vote may submit its case to the Board for decision. In such cases the member shall also inform the ISG Chairman. When the ISG LTN Chairman has made a ruling, his decision shall be taken as the basis for future operations, unless overturned by the Board.
