Common use of APPEARANCE RELEASE Clause in Contracts

APPEARANCE RELEASE. Buyer agrees and acknowledges that BJAC, its licensees, service providers, assigns, and/or its television partner can and has permission to use and exploit his or her likeness, appearance, voice and image for television, internet, digital media, videos, still photography and/or any other visual/audio recording, digital content, program and/or media in perpetuity. Buyer hereby waives all residual rights or claims that might arise from use or exploitation of his or her appearance, picture, image or likeness for any purpose at any future date.
