Photo Release. The Resident grants to University permission to: record Resident's participation and appearance on videotape, audiotape, film, photograph or any other medium; use Resident's name, likeness, voice and biographical material in connection with such recordings; exhibit or distribute such recordings in whole or in part without restrictions or limitation for any legal purpose, including without limitation educational or promotional purposes, which the University and those acting pursuant to its authority deem appropriate; and copyright such recordings in its own name or to publish, to market and to assign without consideration, compensation or report to Resident.
Photo Release. I grant permission for the Purdue EMG program to use videos or photographs of me for educational purposes or promotion of the Purdue EMG program and/or Purdue Extension programs.
Photo Release. I understand that there may be photos & videos taken while participating or being in close proximity to Club Activities. The Club, their partners and sponsors have my permission to use these photos on their social media sites, websites and other marketing materials. I understand that I can contact the company in writing if I would like a photo of myself removed within a reasonable amount of lead-time.

By entering ABOVEALL and participating in the ACTIVITIES, I hereby grant ABOVEALL on behalf of myself, my spouse and on behalf of my child(ren)/xxxx(s), the irrevocable right and permission to photograph and/or record me, my spouse or my child(ren)/xxxx(s) in connection with ABOVEALL and to use the photograph and/or recording for all purposes, including advertising and promotional purposes, in any manner and all media now or hereafter known, in perpetuity throughout the world, without restriction as to alteration. I waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the photograph and/or recording, and acknowledge and agree that the rights granted to this release are without compensation of any kind.
Photo Release. I hereby grant EVERYONE’S HARVEST permission to use my likeness in photograph(s) in any publications or publicity materials (including but not limited to books, newsletters, videos and Web use), in perpetuity. I will make no monetary or other claim against EVERYONE’S HARVEST for the use of the photograph(s).

I give permission for any image of the Participant to appear in pictures, photographs, electronic images, video, audio, any publications, on any website or other electronic media and for the church to share such images with third parties without payment or renumeration to either the Participant or the Parent or Legal Guardian.

The student grants to University permission for the Division of Student Affairs to: record Student’s participation and appearance on videotape, audiotape, film, photograph or any other medium, whether now known or hereafter conceived or created (collectively, “Recordings”); use Student’s name, likeness, voice and biographical material in connection with such Recordings; exhibit or distribute such Recordings in whole or in part without restrictions or limitations for any legal purpose; including without limitation educational or promotional purposes, which the University and those acting pursuant to its authority deem appropriate; and copyright such Recordings in its own name or to publish, to market and to license or assign rights in such Recordings without consideration, compensation, accounting or report to Student.
Photo Release. I understand that from time to time the University may photograph or record activities in which I may be participating in and around the residence halls. I consent to the University’s photographing and recording of my image and voice and the University’s use of such photographs and recordings for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to educational, fundraising, advertising, and publicity purposes. I waive all claims to compensation and damages based on the University’s use of the photographs and recordings, and I waive all rights that I may have now or in the future to inspect or approve the finished photograph and recording, or the final publication.
