Photo Release Sample Clauses

Photo Release. The Resident grants to University permission to: record Resident's participation and appearance on videotape, audiotape, film, photograph or any other medium; use Resident's name, likeness, voice and biographical material in connection with such recordings; exhibit or distribute such recordings in whole or in part without restrictions or limitation for any legal purpose, including without limitation educational or promotional purposes, which the University and those acting pursuant to its authority deem appropriate; and copyright such recordings in its own name or to publish, to market and to assign without consideration, compensation or report to Resident.

Photo Release. I grant permission for the Purdue EMG program to use videos or photographs of me for educational purposes or promotion of the Purdue EMG program and/or Purdue Extension programs.

Photo Release. I understand that there may be photos & videos taken while participating or being in close proximity to Club Activities. The Club, their partners and sponsors have my permission to use these photos on their social media sites, websites and other marketing materials. I understand that I can contact the company in writing if I would like a photo of myself removed within a reasonable amount of lead-time.

Photo Release. The student grants to University permission for the Division of Student Affairs to: record Student’s participation and appearance on videotape, audiotape, film, photograph or any other medium, whether now known or hereafter conceived or created (collectively, “Recordings”); use Student’s name, likeness, voice and biographical material in connection with such Recordings; exhibit or distribute such Recordings in whole or in part without restrictions or limitations for any legal purpose; including without limitation educational or promotional purposes, which the University and those acting pursuant to its authority deem appropriate; and copyright such Recordings in its own name or to publish, to market and to license or assign rights in such Recordings without consideration, compensation, accounting or report to Student.

Photo Release. I give permission for any image of the Participant to appear in pictures, photographs, electronic images, video, audio, any publications, on any website or other electronic media and for the church to share such images with third parties without payment or renumeration to either the Participant or the Parent or Legal Guardian.

Photo Release. I xxxxx XX and its agents or assigns a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, for any purpose, photographs submitted by me to CM and any photographs taken of me at a CM event. I waive my right to inspect or approve the eventual use of such photographs.

Photo Release. I hereby grant EVERYONE’S HARVEST permission to use my likeness in photograph(s) in any publications or publicity materials (including but not limited to books, newsletters, videos and Web use), in perpetuity. I will make no monetary or other claim against EVERYONE’S HARVEST for the use of the photograph(s).

Photo Release. I understand that from time to time the University may photograph or record activities in which I may be participating in and around the residence halls. I consent to the University’s photographing and recording of my image and voice and the University’s use of such photographs and recordings for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to educational, fundraising, advertising, and publicity purposes. I waive all claims to compensation and damages based on the University’s use of the photographs and recordings, and I waive all rights that I may have now or in the future to inspect or approve the finished photograph and recording, or the final publication.

Photo Release. Participant hereby grants to Xxxxxxx and to its agents, successors, licensees and assigns all rights throughout the universe and in perpetuity to use, record and reproduce (including without limitation by means of film, tape, still photography, print publication, aural devices and any other means now or hereafter known) Participant’s participation, lecture, interview, voice, appearance, likeness, name, and biographical information, in connection with the production, exhibition, distribution, performance, display, transmission, exploitation, advertising and promotion of any materials, any part or parts thereof and all ancillary and subsidiary rights thereto by and in any and all devices, systems and media now or hereafter known, including without limitation by means of books and other literary materials, film, television, cable, motion picture, sequels and remakes, soundtrack and other sound recordings, CD-ROM and all other print, audio, audiovisual, multimedia, computer, and electronic devices, systems, and media. Participant understands that because this is a community event, members of the local media may be on campus to record and report on the Program.

Photo Release. You grant to 3 Key Elements and its authorized representatives permission to record Your participation using recording devices of any kind including photography, video, and/or audiovisual technology; and consent to your voice, name, and/or likeness being used, for exploitation in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity, without payment of fees, royalties, special credit or other compensation.
