Part I For ease of reference, capitalized terms defined herein have been consolidated with and are contained in Part I of Appendix A to the Servicing Agreement of even date herewith among the Servicer, the Depositor and the Issuing Entity, as amended and supplemented from time to time. Part II For ease of reference, the rules of construction have been consolidated with and are contained in Part II of Appendix A to the Servicing Agreement of even date herewith among the Servicer, the Depositor and the Issuing Entity, as amended and supplemented from time to time. Part III For ease of reference, the notice addresses and procedures have been consolidated with and are contained in Appendix B to the Servicing Agreement of even date herewith among the Servicer, the Depositor and the Issuing Entity, as amended and supplemented from time to time.
