Common use of Applicability and Duration Clause in Contracts

Applicability and Duration. 2.1 This Agreement applies to all Processing done by Us as the Processor based on the Underlying Assignment, which has been issued by You as the Controller. 2.2 This Agreement takes effect on the date on which the Underlying Assignment takes effect and ends when We no longer hold any Personal Data that We Process for You in the context of the Underlying Assignment.
