Common use of Applicability of Guarantee Provisions Clause in Contracts

Applicability of Guarantee Provisions. (a) Pursuant to Sections 2.02(1) and 10.01 of the Base Indenture, so long as any of the Notes are Outstanding, Article 10 shall be applicable to the Notes. (b) To evidence its Guarantee in accordance with Section 10.03 of the Indenture, the Guarantor agrees that a notation of such Guarantee substantially in the form attached as Exhibit B hereto will be endorsed by an Officer of such Guarantor on each Note authenticated and delivered by the Trustee and that the Indenture has been executed on behalf of such Guarantor by one of its Officers.
