Amendments to Article 8. (a) Pursuant to Section 2.02(14) of the Base Indenture, the last sentence of Section 8.03 of the Base Indenture is hereby amended with respect to the Notes by changing the references to Sections 6.01(4) through 6.01(6) therein to Sections 6.01(3) through 6.01(5).
(b) Pursuant to Section 2.02(14) of the Base Indenture, clause (5) of Section 8.04 of the Base Indenture is hereby amended with respect to the Notes by deleting the text thereof in its entirety and inserting in its place the following:
Amendments to Article 8. Article 8 of the Indenture is hereby amended and restated in its entirety to read as follows:
Amendments to Article 8. Clause (d) of Section 8.2 of the Agreement Terms and Conditions is hereby amended by deleting the phrase “and Section 17.11 shall” and inserting in place thereof the clause: “, Section 17.11 and Section 18.7 shall”.
Amendments to Article 8. (a) Section 8.03 of the Indenture is hereby amended by deleting the words “date of execution of this Indenture” in clause (d)(2)(b) and adding the words “Issue Date” in replacement thereof.
Amendments to Article 8. The provisions of Section 8.01(a) of the Credit Agreement are hereby deleted in their entirety and the following substituted in their stead:
a. if to any Account Party or any Subsidiary Credit Party to it at 0000 Xxxxxxx Xxxx, Hoffman Estates, Illinois 60179, Attention: Treasurer (Telecopy No. (000) 000-0000), with a copy to General Counsel (Telecopy No. (000) 000-0000);
Amendments to Article 8. Article 8 of the Indenture Supplement is hereby amended by inserting in Section 8.3 thereof the following new subsections (c), (d) and (e) after Section 8.3(b) thereof and redesignating existing Sections 8.3(c), (d) and (e) as Sections 8.3(f), (g) and (h), respectively:
Amendments to Article 8. (a) The heading to Section 8.1 is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:

a. The provisions of Section 8.4 of the Credit Agreement are hereby amended by adding the words "or limited partnership" after the word "corporate" in clause (i) thereof.
b. The provisions of Section 8.14(a) of the Credit Agreement are hereby amended by deleting the words "one time" in clause (y) thereof and substituting the words "three times" in their stead.
Amendments to Article 8. 4.1.1 The Purchase Agreement is hereby amended to add a new subsection (n) to Section 8.1 to read as follows:
Amendments to Article 8. 2.4.1 Section 8.1(c) of the Existing Purchase Agreement is amended by deleting the existing text of such subsection (but not including the text following such subsection which contains the definition of the term "Losses") in its entirety and inserting in its place the following:
