Common use of Applicability of Land Use By Clause in Contracts

Applicability of Land Use By. law and Subdivision By-law 1.2.1 Except as otherwise provided for herein, the development, use and subdivision of the Lands shall comply with the requirements of the applicable Land Use By-law and the Regional Subdivision By-law, as may be amended from time to time. 1.2.2 Variance to the size or other requirements relating to yards under this Agreement shall be permitted pursuant to the provisions of the Halifax Regional Municipality Charter.
