Applicability of Obligations to Contractors and Their Subcontractors. (a) Any agreement between the Company and contractors or subcontractors shall contain appropriate terms by which the contractor or subcontractor shall acknowledge the terms of this License to the extent applicable to the activities undertaken by the contractor and its subcontractors.
