Common use of Applicability of Part Clause in Contracts

Applicability of Part. The requirements of this Part 13 shall not be deemed or construed to apply to: (i) communications of the District and/or the Construction Manager necessary for day- to-day administration of this Agreement or the CM Services; or (ii) service of process in accordance with any applicable law or rule of court.
