Applicability of Land Use By-law and Subdivision By-law. Except as otherwise provided for herein, the development, use and subdivision of the Lands shall comply with the requirements of the Land Use By-law for Halifax Peninsula and the Regional Subdivision By-law, as may be amended from time to time.

Except as otherwise provided for herein, the development, use and subdivision of the Lands shall comply with the requirements of the Land Use By-law for Planning District 4 and the Regional Subdivision By-law, as may be amended from time to time.
Applicability of Land Use By-law and Subdivision By-law. 1.2.1 Except as otherwise provided for herein, the development, use, and subdivision of the Lands shall comply with the requirements of the applicable Land Use By-law and the Regional Subdivision By-law, as amended from time to time.
1.2.2 Variances to the requirements of the Land Use By-law for Xxxx Harbour / Xxxxxxxx shall not be permitted.

Applicability of Land Use By-law and Subdivision By-law. Except as otherwise provided for herein, the development, use and subdivision of the Lands shall comply with the requirements of the Land Use By-law for Beaver Bank, Xxxxxxxx Plains and Upper Sackville and the Regional Subdivision By-law, as may be amended from time to time.
Applicability of Land Use By-law and Subdivision By-law. 1.2.1 Except as otherwise provided for herein, the development, use and subdivision of the Lands shall comply with the requirements of the applicable Land Use By-law and the Regional Subdivision By-law, as may be amended from time to time.
1.2.2 Variances to the requirements of the Land Use Bylaw shall not be permitted on that part of the Lands identified as Block A on Schedule L of this Agreement.
1.2.3 Variances to the requirements of the Land Use By-law shall be permitted on that part of the Lands identified as Block B on Schedule L of this Agreement, in accordance with the provisions of the Halifax Regional Municipality Charter, SNS 2008, c. 39, Part VIII, Planning & Development.
Applicability of Land Use By-law and Subdivision By-law. 1.2.1 Except as otherwise provided for herein, the development, use, and subdivision of the Lands shall comply with the requirements of the Planning District 5 (Chebucto Peninsula) Land Use By-law and the Regional Subdivision By-law, as may be amended from time to time.
1.2.2 Variances to the requirements of the Planning District 5 (Chebucto Peninsula) Land Use By-law shall be permitted in accordance with the Halifax Regional Municipality Charter on the whole site as shown on Schedule B.
