Applicability of Terms. Each Borrower and each Person comprising a Borrower hereby acknowledges and agrees that all of the representations, warranties, covenants, obligations, conditions, agreements, and other terms contained in this Agreement are applicable to and binding upon each Person comprising a Borrower unless expressly otherwise stated in this Agreement.
