Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). Use of Verizon IP Services must comply with the AUP of the countries from which Customer uses such Services (in the event no AUP exists for a country, the U.S. AUP will apply). The applicable AUP is available at the following URL: xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx or other URL designated by Verizon. Customer will ensure that each user of the Services complies with the AUP.

This policy applies to all users (i.e. Administrators, Teachers, Aides, Substitutes, Students, etc.) who use the Internet with the WBASD computing or networking resources. All Internet users are expected to be familiar with and comply with this policy. Questions about the policy should be directed to your building principal, technology facilitator, or superintendent.  All users should be aware that technology is not flawless. Therefore, WBASD will not be held responsible for the loss or corruption of data contained within the WBASD network. Although every effort will be made to digitally protect, through backup technology, all information stored within the network, it is the individual user’s responsibility to back up data periodically to a multitude of media, including, but not limited to: hard-drive, network drive, CD medium, and all other types of medium.  The school district will educate all students about appropriate online behavior, including interacting with other individuals on social networking websites and in chat rooms and cyber bullying awareness and response.  Every effort will be made to ensure that all users will be protected from harassment, unwanted contact, programs or websites of a malicious intent, threatening or unwelcome contact, however, users of the WBASD network should be aw...
Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). 2.1 You will be responsible for: 2.1.1 Users’ compliance with this Agreement and applicable Order Forms, 2.1.2 the accuracy, quality and legality of Your Data and the means by which You acquired Your Data; 2.1.3 using commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to or use of the Cloud Services and Content, 2.1.4 notifying Us promptly of any such unauthorized access or use; 2.1.5 using the Cloud Services and Content only in accordance with this Agreement, Order Forms, and applicable laws and government regulations, including, but not limited to, Children’s Online Privacy Protection (COPPA); 2.1.6 complying with terms of service of any Third-Party Content with which You use the Cloud Services. 2.2 You will not: 2.2.1 make the Cloud Services or Content available to, or use the Cloud Services or Content for the benefit of, anyone other than You or authorized Users; 2.2.2 sell, resell, license, sublicense, distribute, make available, rent or lease the Cloud Services or Content; 2.2.3 use the Cloud Services to store or transmit infringing, libelous, or otherwise unlawful or tortious material, or to store or transmit material in violation of third-party privacy rights; 2.2.4 interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Cloud Services or third-party data contained therein; 2.2.5 attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Cloud Services or Content or its related systems or networks; 2.2.6 permit direct or indirect access to or use of the Cloud Services or Content in a way that circumvents a contractual usage limit, or use any of the Cloud Services to access or use any of Our intellectual property except as permitted under this Agreement or an Order Form; 2.2.7 copy, reverse engineer, or attempt to reverse engineer the Cloud Services or any part, feature, function or user interface thereof; 2.2.8 assist or advise any competitor in their attempts to engineer, reverse engineer, or otherwise copy the Cloud Services or any part, feature, function, or user interface thereof; 2.2.9 copy Content except as permitted by Us in a written agreement; 2.2.10 access the Cloud Services or Content in order to build a competitive product or service or to benchmark with a Non-Incident IQ product or service; 2.2.11 otherwise misuse the Platform in any way contrary with the letter and intent of this Agreement or inconsistent with governing law and/or regulations. 2.2.12 permit users under the age of 13 to use Incident IQ without ensuring all requiremen...
Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). 9.1. Parsec publishes an Acceptable Use Policy, which is attached as Appendix B to this Agreement. 9.2. The Client must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy at all times during the Term. 9.3. Parsec may change the Acceptable Use Policy from time to time at Parsec’s discretion and Parsec will give the Client no less than fourteen (14) days of notice of such change and thereafter the Client must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy as changed. Parsec will not make changes to the Acceptable Use Policy that are unreasonable or that undermine the purpose of this Agreement.

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). Kinetic’s SaaS environment is powered by third party data centre providers which may include Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform or any of the cloud services providers identified here. Customer agrees to the following AUP: Acceptable Use Policy Neither Customer, nor those that access through Customer, may use the Service: • in a way prohibited by law, regulation, governmental order or decree; • to violate the rights of others; • to try to gain unauthorized access to or disrupt any service, device, data, account or network; • to spam or distribute malware; • in a way that could harm the Service or impair anyone else’s use of it; • in any application or situation where failure of the Service could lead to the death or serious bodily injury of any person, or to severe physical or environmental damage; or • to assist or encourage anyone to do any of the above. Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy in this section may result in suspension of the Service. If Kinetic suspends the Service, Kinetic will suspend only to the extent reasonably necessary. Unless Kinetic believes an immediate suspension is required, Kinetic will provide reasonable notice before suspending the Service for the reasons stated above.
