Common use of Applicability of the Agreement Clause in Contracts

Applicability of the Agreement. Save for the amendments provided for herein, the remaining terms and conditions contained in the Agreement shall remain and continue to be of full force and effect between the Parties, provided that should there be any conflict between the Agreement as amended and this Addendum No. 4, the provisions of this Addendum No. 4 shall prevail.
