Consistency in Applicable Rules. Based upon all information made available to the City up to or concurrently with the execution of this Agreement, the City finds and certifies that no Applicable Rules prohibit, prevent or encumber the full completion and occupancy of the Project in accordance with the uses, intensities, densities, designs and heights, permitted demolition, and other development entitlements incorporated and agreed to herein and in the Project Approvals.
