Common use of Applicability to Certain Contractors Clause in Contracts

Applicability to Certain Contractors. This Section shall be applicable to a Contractor operating pursuant to an Agreement which (i) is in excess of $250,000 and (ii) requires such Contractor to supply individuals with a written application for, or written renewal or recertification of services, or request for change of address form in the daily administration of its contractual obligation to such participating City agency. “Contractors” to whom this Section applies shall be deemed to include subcontractors if the subcontract requires the subcontractor to supply individuals with a written application for, or written renewal or recertification of services, or request for change of address form in the daily administration of the subcontractor’s contractual obligation.
