Applicable CVL Engineering Access Statement and the CVL Network Code. The provisions of this Part 3 shall be without prejudice to: (a) the CVL IM's right to take Restrictions of Use under or pursuant to the Applicable CVL Engineering Access Statement; (b) the establishment of any amended Working Timetable under Part H of the CVL Network Code; and (c) any rights pursuant to the CVL Network Code that the Train Operator may have to challenge any decision of the CVL IM.
