Applicable Fee Waiver Clause Samples
The Applicable Fee Waiver clause defines the circumstances under which certain fees, otherwise required under the agreement, are reduced or eliminated. Typically, this clause specifies which fees are eligible for waiver, the conditions that must be met for the waiver to apply—such as timely payment, volume thresholds, or promotional periods—and any limitations or exceptions. Its core practical function is to provide financial relief or incentives to one party, often to encourage desired behaviors or to address specific situations, thereby making the agreement more flexible and attractive.
