Applicable Fees. Participant shall pay the fees set forth in TMLS’s official Schedule of Fees which TMLS may amend at any time subject to the terms of Paragraph 29. TMLS may bill Subscribers for the TMLS Service, but Participant remains liable for fees unpaid by Subscribers.
